I love working on custom pieces. Whether you’ve got a clear idea in mind or just a rough feeling, I’m here to help shape it into something real, with that signature METAL MAIDEN edge, and so long as the design falls within Metal Maiden’s design range. 

Each custom piece is made by me, designed to reflect your story and built to last.

This may take between 3 - 6 weeks from the beginning of the design phase depending on the design and availability of materials used or needed, and current work load.

DESPOSIT, PAYMENT & SHIPPING

Deposit Requirement

A 50% deposit is required on all CUSTOM orders before manufacture begins.

This covers materials and confirms your commitment to the piece.

Once we’ve agreed on the details and final price, you will receive an invoice with banking info. 

Send proof of payment to maranda@metalmaiden.co.za

The remaining balance is due once your piece is complete, before shipping or pickup.

Shipping (South Africa)

Collections accepted on special request otherwise all orders are shipped,(preferred).

Orders ship anywhere in South Africa for a flat rate of R130, using a reliable, door-to-door courier service. Just make sure to use a physical address (no P.O. Boxes) and have someone available to receive the parcel and sign for it.

Once your piece is packed up and on its way, I’ll send you an email or whatsapp with tracking details. Delivery usually takes between 2 – 4 working days after dispatch.

Shipping (International)

Yes, I ship worldwide 🌍

To all major cities and countries without import restrictions on goods from South Africa.

Shipping Time:
Once your piece leaves the studio, delivery usually takes around 6 - 7 working days, but this can vary depending on where you are.

Shipping Cost:

International Flat Rate Shipping Fee of ZAR 800.

Orders over ZAR 8000 ship free.

Customs & Duties:
Your country might charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are out of my hands, and I can’t cover or estimate them, best to check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

Please note: I can’t be responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

Production Time:
Some pieces take up to 10 working days to make. If you need something sooner, pop me an email,  I’ll do my best to make it happen.
